Following a successful career in retail, marketing and advertising for a national newspaper chain across the country, Grace Kidd came back home to the Midland, Penetanguishene and the Southern Georgian Bay area (where she grew up as one of 10 kids in her family) and has been selling real estate for 30+years.

In July 2014, Grace became the owner of a Realty Executives International sub-franchise for the Northern Simcoe/Southern Georgian Bay area and is now Broker of Record of Realty Executives On The Bay Inc. Brokerage. As a Broker with expertise in commercial real estate, she has also built her Residential and Recreational realty business to be an Annual Sales Award Winner since 1991. Grace has served as a Director, President and Past President of the former Southern Georgian Bay Association of Realtors which is now known as The Lakelands Association of Realtors.

Grace has always been an active volunteer in the community serving on several boards including Wendat Community Mental Health  Programs, The Guest House Shelter , The Georgian Bay Food Network  and The Martyr’s Shrine as well as other local charities.

Rob Heming


Before starting his real estate career in 2001, Rob Heming spent over 25 years managing large children’s camps, conference centres and outdoor recreational businesses.

As well as his knowledge of the Georgian Bay area, Rob also has particular knowledge of small & large acreage waterfront, resort, campground and recreational properties in the near north from the Bruce Peninsula to Ottawa.

Rob has been an Annual Sales Award Winner since 2003. He has served as a Director, President and Past President of the former Southern Georgian Bay Real Estate Association of Realtors, now known as The Lakeland Association of Realtors.

Rob is active in the local community as a member of the Y’s Men’s Club of Midland in support of YMCA Programs and volunteering with Wendat Community Programs, the Georgian Bay Food Network, the Guest House and other local charities.

My association and eventual friendship with Grace and Rob dates back to the year 2000 when my wife Helen and I bought our first cottage in the Balm Beach area.

We soon found out that they were open and honest, and frank with their customers. Through the years, that has not changed. They go out of their way to accommodate and cut through any confusion. Which makes everything go smoothly and worry free.

Their years of experience comes to the fore during the transactions and it is enlightening when viewing older properties with them.

We also found that they are extremely charitable to those in society who are struggling. They contribute to and arrange events that support local charities.
